This is the official or personal seal of the Pope Urbano VIII ( Florance, 5 april 1568 - Rome, 29 July 1644 )placed atop of Porta Portuense (Portuense Door),at the begining of the ancient roman road that ends at the port of Ostia Antica 30 km from Rome.
