It's not a great anaglyph, in fact it was partially experimental and partially a whim.  I'm guessing the disturbance you see was the wind blowing the water between cha cha shots.  Had the water been still (like glass) I don't think you would have had any problem viewing.  Of course, the unfocused portion around the outside edge was caused by a zoom lens which had a different depth of field because it was focused on the reflection in the water.  In this case I like the effect of the out of focus sparkles (moisture on the road adjacent to the pool) which I don't think detracts from the main subject.  Perhaps the pool of water should have been smooth for a better view for you.  Personally I don't mind so much.

there is something that disturbs my vision! The image is shakey(blure) and I can't detect it's right perspective! Maybe the light was low when you took this image.
