(389K)This was a recent attempt to use the "burst" mode of my Sony CyberShot, which takes two shots in fairly rapid succession. It's always taking a chance, since the speed the train is traveling affects the outcome. Another factor was the angle at which the pictures were taken; they should ideally be perpendicular to the line of travel. In this case, they were not. I tried to compensate for this by manual alignment in Photoshop. There was some retouching and cloning, and I adjusted the black level based on Mike Ihde's suggestion (but faded some of the original image back in).
