This view shows a "summerhouse" on Long Island Sound in Larchmont's Manor Park. The current shelter was built in the 1930's. It replaced a Greek-style summer house that was built in 1897, which in turn replaced a pagoda-like structure from 1873. The park is a pleasant place to walk and people-watch, and is favored by dog-walkers. Sony CyberShot, cha-cha, PS. Yes, there may be a slight WV in the lower left; I didn't want to crop any more!
