2nd Attempt...
Some people mentioned that I was on the right track with the previous post
but the image just didn't quite make the grade. I agreed because of my
inexperience with Photoshop. Today I spent more time on the image and
although I still don't know enough about the correct techniques to produce the
desired outcome, I think there is some improvement?
