Fun shot. Good stereo from front to back, and a funny story. The anaglyph seems a little washed out compared to the crossview.

- Fisherman -

While I was coming out of the wooded trail near the edge of the lake, I approached another fisherman.  I asked if he was having any luck and he told me, "There's a BIG ONE down there but I can't seem to get a hold of him".  I replied, "If you do, let me know; that would make a good picture!".  I then continued walking a little further down the lake to take some different kinds of shots that required reconfiguring my cameras.  While focused on that, I was somewhat surprised to find myself smiling when out of the corner of my eye I noticed a fish dangling silently to the side of me about a yard away.  This fellow was waiting for me to take a picture of his catch.  I found myself forcing out an "OH!" and hurriedly readjusted my cameras back to the way they were as he patiently waited for me to eventually take several shots.  As he displayed the meager fish, slowly rotating helplessly on the taught line, I tried to snap the shutters (2fs) when it's broadside was toward the lens to enhance view-ability for later.  I believe it was a Bluegill and I jokingly asked, "Is THIS the BIG ONE you were talking about?" to which, following a muffled chuckle, he quickly denounced the comparison.  The fish was small but in this area, a nice size for the species.  I of course had really wished to capture the excitement of a braced fisherman, as in a tug of war, his fishing pole doubled over, water splashing, and the atmosphere of joy when reeling in that one that usually gets away!  Oh well, there's always "next time", (for both of us).
