Hello Betty,
It's nice to have another female along with our
friend Jay in the group. Thanks for posting your first image! I
like the scene very much. You did very well keeping the file size down
below or around 400 kb. The file dimension is quite large though, (2852 X
2236). I don't know what alignment process or software you used.
This would help us help you if you wish to improve. I'm assuming you
aligned the stereo manually? If you use a very popular software
"StereoPhoto Maker" (SPM), you can also download the Auto Pano algorithm found
on the SPM web sight which can be used within SPM to auto-align your
stereos. It's an invaluable feature that we like very
much. I used it on your stereo image and have attached the results with
this reply to you. Compare the difference and see what you think.
Great start, and hope it's only the beginning of your active
participation. Please give us some background on you and your 3D stereo
history.
Thanks,
Brian

Subject: [Anaglyphs] first submission -
Holiday Park Fountain
Fellow Groupies,
Attached please find my first
submission for your review. This is a ruin in one of the
oldest parks in Indianapolis Indiana, Holiday Park. We don't know the
history of the fountain but it has been there for at least 50
years.
I have some other
shots but from reading your reviews I find some people have more problems
with windows than I do. I find that some "window violations" help bring
you into the place and add to the "you are there" feeling - but to each his
own.
This was taken with a twin rig
Cannon 570. I hope you enjoy and that your comments are kind
but honest!
Betty
