Hi Hans,
It's really a great shot. You've put a lot of work removing cha-cha artifacts. Since I'm doing cha-chas exclusively I'd be interested of such a software you mentioned. So far I don't know any.

Probbably it is possible to take 3 right images, and then 3 left  images, Remove the differences and then mount them with StereoPhotomaker.
 
Does  anybody have some experience with this?
