Very good but to deghost a similar image is a bit strong.
 
For the colours question see the atached image, I think that for this time you have right, sorry.
The image is a 2D reconstruction of your anaglyph (left) and for comparation my poor anaglyph.(right)

Hello,
This is a very detailed part of the medieval San Michele Cathedral's facad in Lucca obtained by 500 cm. tele zoom in a cha cha way. I understand that the red chanel in brighter than usual but this kind of filtering was neccesery to remove some nasty ghosts in the high contrast zones! I used the Gug's software.
I add a panoramic 2D image of the same site.
