I decided to have a bit of fun and did a caraciture of him, replying "It is now" at http://www.flickr.com/photos/raytomes/3349695079/

Then I thought that I would go the final step and make my caricature / photo of him into 3D. So this is a conversion. It is only a small picture and done simply for a bit of fun.
