Dear group,   The enclosed image shows what I usually see lately when I try to load an enclosed image file. When I see it, the animation shows the file transferring, but this can go on indefinitely, and no image appears. I often have to cancel, and do it again many, many times before I see the green dashed line that means the image is actually loading. Can anyone diagnose what's wrong? I just had the Geek Squad run a few cleaning procedures, so I doubt that's the problem. I would appreciate any suggestions; I've been spending at least twice as much time on the computer due to this problem. Thanks to all.   Flash
