Fred,   I sympathize with you, I had the same problem trying to re-size images to 400 kilobytes. Brian was kind enough to post an "idiots guide" for me. Please look in the members file section under Brian Wallace. There is a tutorial for using the image editor Infraview (available for free download from Cnet).
