Interesting. Looks like the door is missing. It also looks like it should have some kind of wheel or something in the back for support when it's turned.

I spotted this in a back yard last week and trespassed on to the property to get the shot.More junk in this yard than in a real junk yard. I think it is some kind of a composting contrapshion.
