Brian,

the added annaglyph illustrates my testresult.
I took a 200x200 grass anaglyph and used Irfanview
with and without resample(menu :View, Display Options, Use resample).

I don't see anything that could upset the red-cyan balance.
All I see is jpg artifacts (blocking) appearing in the resized version.

So, are we both missing something ?
