Marshall,

I was under the impression that your opinion was that anaglyphs must always be in focus, from front to back, since "that is how we see in real life". I don't see how you can criticize another member's anaglyph for lack of overall focus then give yourself the option to break the rule you have established. Don't get me wrong, I like the anaglyph; I just don't get the double standard.

I expected  comments about the shallow DOF and the fact that I often cite sharpness throughout as of vital importance. There is one caveat in my favor,
however.  When citing the rule I almost always indicate that sharpness throughout is USUALLY essential.  It's up to the members to decide
for themselves if this view benefits or not from its softer background.
 
But I'm glad you've been paying attention.  :-)
