Thanks Tim.  That was the plug-in filter which I used through IrfanView.  The day was clear, around 3 pm and it was warm enough to make me perspire.  I rode to this spot about 1/2 mile away on a little Schwinn scooter, so I only brought a small P&S camera that fit in my pocket.  That's why it was a cha cha.  I wasn't going to post this other sot of the boat because of the R/R mis-sync of the water due to the cha cha method but, I've attached it here so you can see closer inside the boat.  I may go back and redo it with the stereo rig.

Interesting shot Brian, is that your vignette filter causing the fogginess or was it actually foggy that day?

I used a vignette to mask the mis-sych R/R of the water since the shot was a cha cha.
 
Cha cha, Canon Power Shot A560, SPM, Vignette Plugin filter.
