Hello JM--
The Rule of Thirds doesn't apply to stereo
photography as much as it does to monos. I thought that some of your skies
were
redeeming because they contained clouds.
However, when a sky is devoid of features it accounts for a large amount of
flat
space. In stereo photography, the more depth
the better, so omitting much of a flat, empty sky is a good thing.
Remember,
in stereo photography, depth is king.

Thanks
Marshall. The excessive sky in some of my other shots I had the option to
crop, but I opted not to because I liked the white clouds against the blue
sky. I know about the rule of
thirds.
