I am still trying out different bases. Your critiques will be warmly welcomed however critical.

The Ferry
 
Queenscliff  was a fishing town long ago. It lies at the end of a narrow spit which limited the size of the town. Now land prices are very high and the town "gentrified". The ferry takes cars and people to and  from the opposite peninsula.
