2D-3D Conversion created with SPM.
 
The 2D version was found by David Broberg and posted in a "Discussion Thread". http://www.flickr.com/groups/anaglyph/discuss/72157622674257027/#comment72157622830480682
 
I thought it deserved to be seen in 3D stereo!
Unfortunately, the 2D image on the etsy site was only 430 X 547 Pixels.  Enlarging it would deteriorate the viewing quality more.
 
The item was for sale on http://www.etsy.com/view_listing.php?listing_id=34245903 and is "Sold Out".
