In some circumstances we can eliminate TOTALY all ghosts in our anaglyphs. One of these circumstanses is to take our pictures when there is no high grade of light and shade contrasts close to each other in the scene we are interested to take or possibly take our pictures under the gray and cloudy sky when all shadows dispear and contrasts are on the minimum grade. Naturally with Gug enterprise software first and the Photoshop, then, it's possible to eliminate the "ghosts". It's quite harder to eliminate them when you decide to print your anaglyphs... Also in that circumstances with some experiments it's possible to print anaglyphs pratically ghostless ( as I do now). Personally I use Takashi Sekitani anaglyph glasses because they are brighter( even if they are vulnerable and very delicate) and I use Canson Digital Glossy paper and my printer is HP
