Hi Flash
the image are a
map.
The map it show the areas that have many probability to have true
ghosts.
The ghosts is shown in two colours, rose and cyan.
The difference between the true ghost and the false (or stupid)
ghost it that the false ghost it change the intensity changing the anaglyphs
glasses or the monitor settings, the true ghosts no change also if you change
the devices of visualization.
If you look a the image of
Duke changing your glasses you understand easy.
With 3D
Gugle is very easy to create this map.
Open an anaglyphs using the
menu "Open anaglyphs as stereo pairs" from the menu "File".
In the
dialogue of open select "Like colours".
The image of right is a
map.
Ciao
Guglielmo

Gug,
I don't understand your diagram of Duke's
image. As I compare it to Duke's anaglyph, I don't see any relationship
between the two, in the way of ghosts. Could you please describe what
your analysis is supposed to show? I'll read ahead to see if you have
already done this. Thank you.

That's got to be one of the biggest steel pipes
I've ever seen!
Duke
P.S. With all this recent talk of ghosting,
if anyone is inclined to mention the insignificant ghost on the
right side of the pipe, I suggest you sit back and focus on
(and enjoy) the subject matter. :-)
