One of my favorite Hallmark Keepsake Ornaments which my lady friend bought in 1992. It's been on the tree every year, since.
This is the main shuttlecraft on the starship Enterprise from the classic Star Trek era (1966-69). You press a button on the bottom and Spock says (in his actual voice): "Shuttlecraft to Enterprise, Shuttlecraft to Enterprise, Spock here. Happy Holidays. Live Long and Prosper."
The Snowman Band in the background is playing the theme from Star Trek (not really :-)
