The worst thing about the Michael Jackson 3D video was its inconsistency. The first part (outdoor scenes) was excellent IF you viewed it on a hi-def TV. I was able to make a direct comparison between the hi-def version on an LCD screen, and the standard-def version on a CRT TV (picture tube, not flat screen). The latter suffered from severe ghosting and unimpressive 3D.The on-stage singers WERE in 3D, but only for about the first half of the video. They then reverted to 2D. Even the close-up of the little girl was in 2D later in the video.The background video behind the blond singer (I forget her name) was unnaturally forward of the stereo window with her immersed behind it.Someone has put a quality video on YouTube here:Watch it in 720p and you can see the things I mentioned for youself.Duke
