Nice capture of it.  There's an artist I've seen a few times on PBS that does this style.  I believe he has a patch on one eye but does the designs on paper and has other people do the glass work under his supervision.  I can't remember his name but someone else may have seen it too.

Well, at least that's what it makes me think of.  It's actually a chandelier over a bar in a lounge where I recently played.  Certainly the most unusual one I think I've ever seen!
