Your cropped version has Jessica looking out of the picture instead of into it.  I redid my image in grayscale with it cropped and treated a little with vignette and has more space on the left toward where she is gazing.  Compositionally, the subject should look into the side that has more space.  I also like a woman's bare shoulder even if there may be inperfections.
