The magic wand is bad....better the polygonal lasso, with a little of practice, it is the ideal tool....

Quite possible, and definitely difficult.  I used the magic wand on both sides.  Afterwards, I touched up areas that had spots on the background and went over the entire outline of the flower with the blur tool to soften the edges.  Is there a better method for accomplishing a match between L & R, short of using SPM to clone the edges of the flower?

Crop means here: selection tool in Photoshop.
When you selected the flower, for changing the background, in some parts the selection isnt good...

Thanks for your attention Imre.  Could you be more specific about my flaws in cropping this image?  I treated this subject as a portrait of a flower, thereby having equal yet not excessive space between the flower and the outside edge.  The exception was the bottom where perhaps I could have cropped it more to match the other sides.  To be honest, during the processing I left it a bit longer (bottom) to give me some room to play with the TTW effect which I tried to increase on the X-View format which I normally do after the anaglyph version.

Excellent work!
One thing: do better attention to the crop, in some parts the crop is bad, not correct....
