With my wife's being away for a week, I drove to the
2010 Riverfest in Narrowsburg, NY. The annual event, a street fair
celebrates the ecological and and artistic
relationship between the people of the surrounding communities and the nearby Delaware River.
At first I was reluctant to go because from-year-to-year
the event offered few new attractions, so it seemed it would be totally
predictable. But since I was alone that week,
I had nothing else to do, so I drove to the site and
arrived early enough to easily find parking. As I approached Main Street the
vendors were setting up.
