You've made this incorrect statement before...
 
The "fact" is that there is NO WV.  That's one reason of using the FW... To reduce the harshest ghosts without causing a WV.

The golden aura of the seascape portion provides a pleasant and delightful sense of serenity.  The frame appears, to me as an attempt to disguise the
fact that the box-like structure at lower-right violates the SW. I think the view could have been more effective had
most of that shown beyond the seascape portion been cropped out.
