I see no portal violations in the 4D cube. The two front-facing sides are portals to other worlds (realms?) while the top and bottom are open allowing the rose to pass through. The one change I would suggest, however, is for a vertical line to be drawn downward from the far vertex into the box to show the corner formed by the two inside walls of the box.
