The lady is very attractive and I was wondering what it might look like if the guy to the left and much of the rest was cropped to put more emphasis on her.

 

Small image to work with but I hope you don't mind my experimenting with the idea (even though I used a FW to decrease deviation after cropping).  I also cloned out a bit of the guy's arm to increase the space on the left side.  I know it's not a good idea to enlarge the image but it was pretty small, so I increased dimensions a little, added blur and then sharpened.

 

If you don't like it, please by all means delete.
