Thanks Brian. It is fiberglass over wood. My guess is it is just out temporarially, since it seemed to be in the middle of the turn around.

Is it common practice to leave these boats right side up in the winter to be filled with rain and snow which could freeze and expand? Doesn't sound good for the boats, especially the wooden ones.
