can see that much work went into producing the show.
You might contact the management of the event and
offer this as a CD/DVD for use as either a catalogue
or souvenir. As such a brief narrative on the
event might be included. Such a product could yield
lots of $$ for you in future events.
Suggestions: I learned this when I was
preparing and showing automated film-based stereo slide shows.
Do not mix color and b and w unless that's
otherwise unavoidable. Consistency goes a long way for
professional-quality productions. Also, for
future events, bring a notebook and copy down the artists'
names and the titles of their works. Such a
practice provides a scholarly approach, PLUS,
artists like being given credit for their
accomplishments.
