The Ohio River which flows between Indiana and Kentucky is WAY out of its banks! Here's a view of the amphitheater on the New Albany riverfront. The water has completely surrounded the stage. Notice the white objects to the right of the shell. Those are the tops of lampposts, barely sticking out of the water. The Sherman Minton Bridge which carries Interstate 64 between New Albany and Louisville is in the background.
