Bill, run your left and right pictures through SPM auto-align, then view the pictures as an anaglyph. If the edges all around the picture touches the frame, push the right arrow key until the picture edges are in the frame. Don't worry about the numbers because they are different in each picture. You can see when it is right. Hopes this helps.
