That makes the building resemble a model, while distant buildings hard to fuse.  One way to possibly overcome this problem is
to create more than two chips, with the first dual exposures made using a narrow base and then shooting another chip
at a greater inter-ocular distance. Then select via free-viewing on your monitor the two chips that are the most suitable.
 
Admittedly, with freehand shooting (cha-chas), getting two useable chips is hard enough, let alone going for three or more exposures.
