On the page with the image on the lower right you will find 8 options  chose stereo and will you will see caculate left eye image down lower on the left.

First you save the Right eye view the image you made. Then go to stereo and caculate the left eye image and save. Go to SPM and proceed as you would any anaglyph.

Hi!
I too tired this very nice fractal program with Photoshop CS4.
I dont found any automatic function to generate 3d anaglyph...
My question:
You save every time 2 camera positions from the same image or there is a "button" what does it automaticaly?
