Like much of the nation, we are in the midst of a continuing heat wave.  Some people are taking advantage of any way to cool off wherever they find it.  These people are enjoying the fountain areas in Waterfront Park in Louisville, KY.  Actually, swimming is not allowed in this area, but that obviously didn't stop anyone.  The people appear dark due to the fact that they were in the shadow of the Interstate highway directly above them.
