The obligatory "Minute Man" shoot-off takes
place. During the U.S. Revolutionary War largely untrained
militia units
rushed to ambush British troops wherever they could be
found. It was this reliance on such armed
civilians that later led to the inclusion of the Second
Amendment to the U.S. Constitution, sometimes
referred to as the "Right to Bear Arms."
Generally, present-day conservatives love this
amendment, while liberals hate it.
