Excellent picture Dariush of Wooody Allen, but your copyright wouldn't be vaild in the U.S.. It was a closed set so the studio or production company would own all rights to pictures taken on the set. In the U.S. you could view them for personal use but if you published them you could be sued. I don't know the copyrights in Italy tho, but you might want to check them out. In the U.S. you own the copyrights to any picture taken in a public area, but if the public area is a closed set, you don't. It even includes museums, disney land, marine parks ect. The only exceptions I have seen in Washington D.C. where it is considered a public area.

Subject: [Anaglyphs] The Answer..

They occupied my Piazzetta for three day.. but offered me a rare occasion to make a lot of 3Ds! Fortunatly I knew the director's assistent, Dariush Khonji and Production designer Anne Seibel who let me access to the shooting area to take my pictures (many.. :-) from a short-range distance.

Please forgive me for the Copyright logo on the picture!

Dariush

cheers,

Plot

The Bop Decameron will reportedly be a modern-day take on Giovanni Boccaccio's "The Decameron"[9] that will consist of four vignettes--one of which will consist of a husband (played by Allen) and his wife traveling to Rome, and meeting the family of the Italian man that their daughter is going to marry. Another of the vignettes will feature Roberto Benigni as a man named Leopoldo who gets mistaken for a movie star. A third segment will feature Alec Baldwin as an architect from California visiting Rome with his friends. A fourth segment will include two newlyweds (Alessandro Tiberi and Alessandra Mastronardi) going to Rome in order to visit some relatives but instead they get lost in the city.[11]
