Marshall the cowboy pictured is Gregory Peck, from the movie "The Bravados." I am a big western fan lover and this western is a classic. The best westerns in my opinion are (1) Lonesome Dove, (2) High Noon, (3) Unforgiven, (4) Appaloosa, (5) Silverado, (6) The Magnificent Seven, (7) Quigley Down Under, (8) Mclintock, (9) The Scaketts and all the Bud Boetticher westerns (1957-1960) with Randolf Scott. There are hundreds more, but these are my favorites I can watch any given day.

That looks like Kirk Douglas. Do you know if it is?
 
The background is either flush against, or slightly coming through the window.
