I love the close up of Frederick Douglass statue, their is something I like about seeing them in 3D, it seems to bring them to life.

Douglass was born and slaved in Talbot County, just twelve miles from Easton. In honor of his memory, a monument was placed on the front lawn of the Talbot County Courthouse in Easton. A nation-wide competition was held to select the design for the memorial. This monument is the first to be erected in the region where Frederick was born into a life of slavery and where he eventually returned as a hero.
