Thanks for commenting Jm.
If you look back through our "unique" group archive, you will see that I'm very familiar with the floating window technique. I agree that in this case it helped reduce the contrast ghosting. I believe that after long work on the before and during the 2D processing, and then the crossview and anaglyph stereos, I was tired and ready to stop. Your FW improved the viewing. Thank you.
Thanks also to everyone that commented.

Nice portraits Brian, but two ghosting will need to use a floating window to reduce parallax on the middle girl (too big contrast between his pink ear and his black hair, same for the girl on the right).
See my small adjustment. I hope you will excuse my small practice. I eliminate also some monocular light, make more appear the red hair, reduce a bit the parallax on the big light.
Gray border apply to avoid ghosting too on borders (floating window) because their is black and white dress making big contrast = ghosting
Floating window is not reserve to 3D movie maker to avoid ghosting !
If you removed your glasses during a 3D projection (for example Avatar) you will see many, sometime a floating window is done only on one border.

Cancun Cantina had an 80's theme night complete with an 80's themed band. Patrons were encouraged to dress in 80's style attire as did the Cancun employees.
These 3 young ladies showed up and I asked if I could get a picture of them. I showed it to them on the back of my 3D camera and they wanted a copy. I told them what kind of 3D glasses they needed and they still wanted the picture. I told them I could send a 2D version and they still wanted both versions. I told one (middle) named Lisa that if she gave me her email I would send her a copy and she could make sure the others got it too. In the email I also suggested some online sites if they needed to order them and that if she saw me at Cancun Cantina again I could give her some 3D glasses if they hadn't found some by then.
When I sent the email I figured why not send not only the 2D (which I processed to make them look better than my W1 sensors could capture), but both an Anaglyph AND Crossview with short instructions for viewing the side-by-side format.
2D version on FaceBook...
