I like this ana. The old bridge was probably too old. The creek looks like it?s to deep down to be subject to rushing creek waters.
Around here, this spot is called ?the new bridge? even though it was put up in 1964. That?s 50 years. Some of the people I hike with remember the one it replaced. The flow on Fordyce Creek varies dramatically with how much is being released from Fordyce Dam. Yesterday the flow was 30 cfs (cubic feet per second) but at times can be as high as 400 cfs.
