Strange things are going on. I tried the file size reduction recommended by Ron, using the functions in SPM, but my final saved image came out distorted and in green and pink!!!

In PhotoShop Save for Web, as recommended by Marshall, the image was too large and pixelated.

The original stereo set images were 8 megapixels each. The camera is a Canon A630, with the setting at the highest quality image.

Well here is Shakespeare resized my older way, but with better results, I hope! This should be a 188 kb file.

Please let me know how it appears on your monitor.
