Hello, This cat was relaxing on what remains from the Curia Romana, Roman Senate where Julius Cesare stabbed to death nearly 2000 years ago! This important archeologic site that situated in the old area of Rome pratically hosts thousands of vagabond cats who are cured and feed by the "Gattare Romane" (pronun.Gattareh Romaneh), old Roman retierd or widows who spend some of their daily time with these cats.This is a very old tradition here in Rome.
