This is a shot I took at the Turning Stone Casino,in upper state NY.
----- John--It only took five minutes to remove the yellowish cast, and sharpen & brighten the foreground. I went after the yelllow first by surrounding much of thebackground with the Photoshop Lasso tool set at 60. Then, using the Color Washer filter available from the The Plugins Site (not a free program, but downloadable as a trial) I was able to quickly eliminate the yellow and bring out more color details. This can also be done with available PS tools, but it requires more know-how.Then I lassooed the foreground and lightened it in Curves, and then sharpened the foreground using the standard PS sharpening tool. This set of fixescan also be achieved through the much cheaper PS Elements, and other inexpensive image editors that accept PS plug-in filters. As I said--only five minues can make a world of difference!BTW, I like the overall view, with its warm and fuzzy symbols that make for such a friendly environment.Marshall
