I found this on the web. Rotation of the planet in between exposures provides the stereo effect (red/cyan glasses required).
You can see the famous red spot on the extreme right, but notice that the south equatorial band is missing (south is at the top in astronomical photos). It disappears from time to time, and then gradually returns. Jupiter has a very turbulent atmosphere.
